There was a self-titled EP in the US, so the MTV chyron for the video did list it as being from Talk Talk.

Little bit of a cheat: The Creation put out a single called "Creation" on the Creation label.

Right now Peter Gabriel is standing on the sidelines, thinking, "I should have thought of that..."

Maybe he couldn't think of a word to rhyme with "Gabriel".

Discogs lists thirty-one (31) different artists to have recorded under the name 'Focus' !

I couldn't be arsed to run that one down !

Though the Dutch prog band you referred to actually did issue the l.p.
'In and Out of ..' alternately titled 'Focus Plays Focus ,, and, in Belgium it appeared as the album titled simply 'Focus' :

    Focus ‎– Focus

I got curious after seeing your UFO avatar. I know nothing of the band but thought surely they must have a song called UFO!

Pretty close actually- UFO on the album UFO 1 have a song called Unidentified Flying Object. Which I'm sure if they ever played it live would be written on the setlist as UFO.

Also The band Art In America have a song Art In America on the Art In America album.

I had a cool UK (I think?) copy, the cover had red and blue dots you had to look at from several feet away.

Here's a close one, but doesn't really count (off by one word):

"Tom Tom Theme" by the Tom Tom Club on the album Tom Tom Club

    I bet there's a lot of near misses; e.g.,

"Stretchin Out in A Rubber Band" by Bootsy's Rubber Band on the album Stretchin Out In Bootsy's Rubber Band
