There are probably hundreds of songs in which the word "funk" is obviously being used as code for the well know f-word.

Not quite what the OP asked for, the naughty words are omitted rather than being substituted, but still I can't resist posting this:

In “Do You Feel Like I Do” from FRAMPTON COMES ALIVE, Peter tells the crowd, “I want to thank you.” ;)

A friend insisted he was saying something else. Lol

"Snoopy vs the Red Baron" byThe Royal Guardsman was famously censored for Australian radio by beeping out the word "bloody", which appears throughout the song. The result was a succession of beeps, which quite possibly added to the song's novelty value and helped keep it at the top of the charts.

Not to be foiled, the Guardsmen's follow-up sequel, The Return of the Red Baron", inserted the word "Well" at the places where the expected word was "Hell".

    Those Guardsmen were so naughty.

In Chvcrhes ‘ The Mother We Share’ , the line “ when it all ****s up” is changed to “ when it all scuffs up” for the radio friendly version

People, please take a moment to put the song and artists in the post. What comes up on the YouTube video is not searchable by the SHF software.

    Thanks!

Joe South does it very cleverly in Games People Play.

In probably the best middle eight in all pop-rock, Harry Chapin substitutes a drum thud for the word ‘butt’.

This might be a stretch, but Bowie's "I'm an alligator, I'm a mamapapa coming for you" from "Moonage Daydream".
