Not quite what the OP asked for, the naughty words are omitted rather than being substituted, but still I can't resist posting this:

Not to be foiled, the Guardsmen's follow-up sequel, The Return of the Red Baron", inserted the word "Well" at the places where the expected word was "Hell".

Those Guardsmen were so naughty.
