I would say this qualifies.

 

There are others with Tull, too, beginning with Living in the Past (plus a lot of people thought it was Ian depicted on the Aqualung cover), which is probably one reason a lot of people assumed it was rather a solo artist named Jethro Tull.

 

Felt's Forever Breathes the Lonely Word just has a photo of the new keyboard player, Martin Duffy.

I won't claim to know how the creative process worked in that group but the impression certainly was that Bryan Ferry was providing the songs and vision for the band. Brian Eno was an important figure on the first two albums but then left.

 

I remember reading in her book that she was very uncomfortable with not appearing with the other band members.
