With any album (not just a Beatles album), there are times I may skip a track, and there are times I won't.

    Depends on the mood.

When I listen to any Beatles album I don't skip tracks. 80% of the albums are barely over 30 minutes long anyway, and the rest are hardly Wagnerian operas.

To be completely honest, on a few rare occasions I may have stopped playing the White Album after "Cry Baby Cry" for a number of reasons - (9 reasons actually) but technically that's not a "skip", is it? :D

Oh, I guess I skip Side 2 of Yellow Submarine too. 100% of the time, in fact.

  9. I finally feel alive this morning, waking to another Beatles thread. Otherwise it would be like a day without sunshine. :tiphat:

I never skip a track on any Beatles' album.

The US version makes the most sense for this album. The U.K. version has a couple of “no soul” songs.

I skip Rocky Raccoon every single time and if I never hear it again for the rest of my life that will be just fine with me. I genuinely cannot stand it.

Every other album, single, song, whatever... good with me. Let em roll.

I don't usually skip tracks with the occasional exception of Revolution 9 - not because I don't like it ,I do but you need to be in right mood to sit through it.

Having said that almost every album has skippable tracks with the exceptions of Revolver and Pepper - like every single song on those two. Rubber Soul has "What Goes On" White has "Don't Pass Me By" & " Why Don't We Do It In The Road" Abbey has "Oh Darling" & Let It Be has about five or so.

Mmm... it's a bit of a hypotherical for me, but probably A Hard Day's Night, Revolver and Abbey Road.
On the flip side, only album with sure skippables: the White Album, though if I give it some more thought there's probably others.

Absolutely. The whole idea of Ringo having to sing a song hurt the albums.

The sole track I ever skip is "Revolution 9". Everything else I play through.
Now if the question were about McCartney, I could say I don't skip a single thing.

The only songs I skip are the two German tracks on Mono Masters 1. I burned a CD-R with them cut out that I listen to. Every other album/song is perfection.

I don't really skip anything. If I did, it'd probably be some Paul songs on the White Album and Let It Be. I tend to listen to Side B of Abbey Road more than Side A. The early albums contain no skippers IMO. Even "Mr Moonlight" is cool in my book. I guess "Yesterday" may get a skip but mainly due to hearing it too much. I have nothing against Paul btw, he's my favorite Wing.
