Yep, the MTV cartoon from 1993-1997 (and a short lived 2011 revival). Any thoughts, memories, funny moments? Also, I heard that a reboot is coming to Comedy Central later this year (dont know how it'll be recieved in 2021).

I'll always have a soft-spot for B&B. Definitely not highbrow entertainment or anything, but it takes me back to my mid-20's... A simpler time with less responsibilities and a lot of fond memories. Cornholio was always a favorite.

The original run and the film: genius. I never took to the relaunch episodes. My favorite remembered bit offhand. Beavis and his "Droppin plates..." LOL

A shame MTV gave into Darcy Burk, Terry Rakolta, and Janet Reno. MTV should have ignored those three.

You treat your stepmother with respect Pantera or you'll be sleeping in the street.

LOL, OK. I’m pretty sure Mike Judge decided it had run its course with the film out. (And he was right.) Not to mention King of the Hill on his plate.

Beavis rolling down the mountain in a tire was the best part of the main show.

The music video segments were gold and should never have stopped though. Just like Pop-Up Video.

  12. Beavis and Butthead were good, and they ran their course in my opinion.
I really liked the music video commentary because it came off fairly real, and often very funny and witty.

They could....could, do well again with this series but the writing would have to be spot on perfect, lest the terminally offended and "woke" will burn it at the stake.

They were part of my middle and high school experience at the time, and I have nice memories of watching it with my older brothers when the show would come on. Thanks to Liquid Television for also giving us a preview of the show.
There are times when I still say lines from the show. "BOIIING!"

It is my understanding that there is a new B and B movie being made which will be released to Paramount+ this year. There was a preview on Paramount+ about a month ago.

I've always liked this show... One thing I didn't like about the 2011 reboot was they didn't bash music videos as in the original-Instead we got them talking over that stupid "Jersey Shore" show...
