The black vinyl bundle is currently $85.99 at Popmarket. Pretty good deal.

I emailed them and they cancelled my previous order. I then re-ordered at 30% off (and grabbed some Stones lps as well).

Not surprised but aaah. Oh well, I just decided to start using my Discman when I go for walks instead of bringing my phone outside and having to re-intergrate it every time, Discman is much easier to wipe down and then put away and not touch again, so now I am trying to increase upon my CD collection again.

Not surprised either, but bummed. Hope it doesn’t get cancelled!

Same! My hope is that it's more based on producing the product than interest in it, so hopefully when things get rolling again, they will come to us! At least we aren't waiting for actual NEW music.

My bad, it was Reprise, not Rhino.

Rhino did the work but Reprise was the label that Barry wanted them to be released on.
The 2008 one is more compressed than the Polydor CD, which basically goes for all the WMG/Rhino/Reprise remasters.

Nice sounding and can probably be had for cheap (old mastering)

It's almost June and from what I can tell, these haven't been delayed yet again, so we should be getting them in a month or so!

Funny, I ordered these on what I think was the first day of my quarantine. We're going to be over 100 days in by the time I finally get it, but I'm still excited!

Universal and/or Barry have done virtually nothing when it comes to reissues on CD, since Barry moved the catalog back to Capitol/UMe. Rhino at least did a real remastering and reissuing campaign, but Universal is doing nothing except for putting out that Timeless comp and making a big speech about acquiring the Bee Gees catalog.

Received my copies of MC and SHF just now.... Dutch pressings, Capitol label, a good mastering job so far from what I can tell, flat quiet 180gr vinyl, I think it’s a win!!:righton:

Ooh, exciting that they finally are shipping! Looks like mine are on the way as well (but I'm not currently at the address they are shipping to, what a few extra days).

I just got through listening to Children of the World (black vinyl) and it sounds fantastic! This is the first time I’ve ever heard the album and the whole thing is incredible. Tomorrow night I’m playing my other purchase, Spirits Having Flown. I’ve also never heard this one aside from Tragedy so I’m looking forward to hearing that even more now!
