    Gutted....just had an email saying they have no record of my order.

    That's terrible. I wonder how that happened? It's really bad that you're the one who started this thread enabling people to take advantage of this offer then didn't get one yourself...

    I suppose they didn't mention getting anymore stock in?

    I am very gutted, especially because there was no indication the order didn't go through aside from not getting an email.

    The email they sent replying to my query was the following:

    Our system shows that your order was not submitted successfully. In other words, we don't have a valid order on file. Unfortunately I can't complete or fix incomplete orders. So if you'd still like to receive the item you'd have to place a new order.
    Or please send us the correct email address that you might have used or entered when completing the order.

    I've replied with my email address, so I'll see what they say. Not holding out much hope though.

    I know. It seems like clutching at straws, but hopefully the email thing will sort it out? Usually, when an order is messed up it gives you options to fix it. It's odd that you heard nothing.. Hopefully you typed your email address in incorrectly and the new one will sort it.

    We really apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately the T.REX - THE SLIDER 40TH ANNIVERSARY BOX SET is completely sold out and we have not received information if the item will become available again anytime soon. Information will be available via newsletters or thru our web site. We would have much wanted to fulfill this item for you.

    It's very strange - I still don't have a confirmation email but I've sent them a screen shot of the confirmation page I received and have asked them to confirm that the order has gone through.

    Ordered!! Super happy about this one popping back up!

    If only 2,000 were made I wonder how many actually sold at full price? Is it plausible these are shop returns or more likely they just have a secret stash somewhere?

    Not complaining! Loves me a box set on a budget (my €18 Tommy Super Deluxe set from German Amazon tops my list so far)!

    Figured out the problem - my email address was entered as .uk and not.co.uk....so the question is does that mean my order has gone through or not....

    It's a strange business altogether, if you ask me... The ridiculously low price. The box being sold out a couple of times then new stock being sourced.. It does seem suspicious. Though I'm very much a glass half full person anyway!

    And you're saying it still won't let you order it?!

    I have ordered a second set after reading your posts just in case one set is cancelled. If I receive both sets I will sell one for cost, just dont want to end up with nothing.

    All a bit of a mess! I re-ordered it but didn't receive an email, but have since discovered that's because my email address was entered as .uk rather than.co.uk!

    I've emailed them the order confirmation page I received and asked them to confirm the order has gone through. Also asked them to cancel one order if two are listed against the incorrect email address I entered.
