Agreed, it did feel that way. Heck, most of the first two seasons only covered a few months, as Skyler looked to be pretty far along in the pilot, didn't have the baby until the penultimate episode of S2. Yes, that is correct. Brain cramp on my part there.
One do these days I'm going to do that again. We started at Season 3, so we only binged the first two seasons. The rest was real-time, with watching the previous seasons on BD as they came out. That's what I do with BCS, too. I'll binge Season 5 right before Season 6 hits. By the way, @George Co-Stanza I like your insight. I've been doing more reading, rather than posting lately. I've been having a better time that way. But I'm sure I'll cook up when Season 6 starts.
After two episodes, BCS season 1 went back to the library. It was and is a great series, but I don’t think I want to watch it again. Same goes for BB . . . more so.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but in season one of Breaking Bad, Jesse is cooking for Krazy 8 and his cousin. That tells me that the entire Salamanca drug business is bust. Krazy 8 is a valued employee of the Salamanca’s during Better Call Saul. He’s freelancing by the time Walt enters the picture.
Re-watching Sully (2016) right now. Wow, is Anna Gunn bad. I mean, afternoon soap opera bad. I think she actually got worse since BB (if that's possible).
I’d need to see the list, but the past 20 years have been a golden age, so #23 seems a pretty great accomplishment for a spin-off, right? Edit: I found the list. There are series ranked lower I would have put higher, personally… and, apart from the series ranked higher I have not seen, I don’t think I can disagree.
I can’t really comment. I’m just noting it for others to comment on. I don’t watch a lot of TV, and I haven’t seen the vast majority of shows listed.
Variety mentioned in an article that S6 will be split into two parts. The first 6 or 7, presumably, in the Spring and the rest later in 2022. 'Better Call Saul' Star Rhea Seehorn Steps Up to AMC's 'Cooper's Bar' - Variety
