I can't find the "soft rock" part of the quote anywhere, as apparently it was from a BBC 1 radio interview that nobody can link but every fan of hers has heard, but band names were mentioned as influences:

Why do you keep referring to her as Ms. Pirate?

Presumably thinks he's being clever (he isn't) - her full name is Billie Eilish Pirate Baird O'Connell

    I thought everyone knew that!

I see that your other Thread was locked and I’ve been trying to help you with this one because I think it’s on life support as well.

You’ve spent most of your time arguing with naysayers.

    Adieu.

Most people don't go looking up pop stars middle names in their spare time. It's even more bizarre to start calling them by it.

So far it appears that this thread has started off on the right foot.

Her fans know it. Among them it's common knowledge.

    Looking forward to this album!

I genuinely didn't know that was her full name. It's a prat move calling her that though.

I have a feeling it's going to be very strong and her best so far. Possibly an album to rank up there with her inspiration Lana Del Rey's best.

She should own it and go glam and reproduce the "Prince Charming" cover on her next release.

Billie has yet to let me down. The title track on Happier Than Ever leaned into her rock side and I’d love to see more of that on the next LP

Still hoping that she works with Trent Reznor sometime in the future...

  18. Or, to think how much energy was required to spread around the world her disgust with other artist's vinyl usage

I’m definitely going to take this opportunity to unload my glow-in-the-dark copy of “When We All Fall Asleep”. I guess I’m good with the yellow vinyl which is sonically stunning. For a modern recording.

“Happier Than Ever” can go as well. Never really warmed to it. That was actually the first time I noticed that vinyl prices are going up. It was like 40€ when it came out.

My yellow vinyl copy sounds horrible - loads of noise and crackles.
