Bluetooth vs wireless headphones, which is better?

    I mean Bluetooth as compared with radio frequency or infra-red frequency wireless headphones.

    I had a pair of AKG that might have been infrared because it was way before bluetooth, they weren't fantastic, I am not too keen on bluetooth either but you probably have few options these days. I would have thought that just about all of them are bluetooth.
