    On sale at local Dollar Tree.
    Hard cover, with jacket, 96 pages.
    A lot of great photos, mostly B&W.

    I hope you find it...I hesitated to post it, since it's anybody's guess what inventory they stock nationwide, and how much they acquired to sell.
    BTW, I just looked at their on-line website, but it's not listed there.

    Visited my local Dollar Tree on Friday. The manager said, "Oh yeah, we got a load of art books last Friday. Some book dealer came in and bought 200."

    So, hereabouts, a professional hoarder got Mr. Bob.

    Nonetheless, I'm also still looking.

    went to two dollar trees in my area when I was running errands and no dice, obviously the flippers bought them all, to sell at places like flea markets, while music fans get screwed again.
