I listen to Dylan yesterday, and was as underwhelmed as I ever was! Though I will say that I was quite pleased with the sonics; it does sound pretty good.

Without a doubt, it's the MOFI. Boy is it ever terrific.

The last Dylan I listened to was 'Highway 61 Revisited'. I would really love an A1 Stamper of this lp. I have a couple of 360's and an early Japanese pressing. The 360,s are pretty thin. The import is good. My favorite is actually the DCC. Framer says it sounds closer to the coveted earlier pressing, albeit digital. The MFSL 45 didn't impress, especially considering how great most of them were.

In the Wee Small Hours, Songs of Swingin' Lovers, Come Dance with Me and Cycles so far. I started with the Ultimate Sinatra compilation. So far I prefer his moodier ballad stuff to the uptempo material, but it is all very enjoyable!

I listened to the first disc of the Bootleg Series Vol. 1-3 today. Three outtakes from Bob Dylan are on there (He Was A Friend Of Mine, Man On The Street, House Carpenter), but the fourth outtake, Ramblin' Round, was not included. Here is a version of that Woody Guthrie tune, recorded earlier in 1961...

Lots of Triplicate here. And 1965 outtakes from the Bootleg series.

MOFI Blood on the Tracks is on right
now - Simple Twist of Fate at this exact moment.

I'd be playing through the Mono vinyl set if I got it first time through - when is that gonna reissue so I can get it at a reasonable price already?!?!?

I like the whole LP, actually. There is just something charming about "crooner Bob", IMO.

The version of You re a big girl now features -what I consider-one of Dylan's best and most honest vocals ever. It s unreal.

    Triplicate.
I've been on a Dylan drought for two years, but love the warmth of this album.

Freewheelin'. A recent mono vinyl reissue, not sure if this is all analog, sounds like it could be.

You have to get Frank Sinatra Sings For Only The Lonely.

    Now,
    back to Dylan...

The fairly recent Sundazed mono pressing with KPG@CA in the deadwax is certainly an all analog, if that's the one you have.
