OK, I put in a pre-order too. Once VAT was taken out (for a US order) and shipping added in, the order came to $65. If this set ends up being anywhere close to what we're thinking it might be, that'll be a pretty decent price. If it's not, I can always cancel it beforehand.

I was going to wait until official announcement, but if it is truly limited to 3000 copies and only $65, it will sell out QUICK.

So, I preordered from Amazon Spain and will likely order from BD.com if they have a special version and I can get in quick enough.

IF there’s a limited edition there are probably multiple editions.

Thanks, I jumped on the Spain price as well. Never bought blind (TBD!) before, but don't have the cash to pay double or so later if I could have avoided it.

its kind of irrelevant. the thing is basically been out and bootlegged for decades.
a couple of years ago i put my copy-which is the best- for the people to have. I guess
they can put it out from the tapes with some extra stuff not on the acetate, but it doesnt really matter
copyright or not it will still be bootlegged.

the way Ratso put it, seems like a one disc 'soundtrack' in conjunction with the 'movie'. but i cant thing they will miss out the marketing opportunity provided by the movie, and not put out the 'brick'. Probably both.

Don't we know that the overwhelming majority of 1978 wasn't taped?

I believe I read somewhere that all the 78 tapes were lost in a basement flood or something?

A possible 14 CD set of Dylan is disappointing?
