No. It hasn't been officially announced yet. It isn't showing publicly on the BD.com shop yet either, I just found the link by poking around source code.

 

I have registered all my disappointments about how this set would be put together - ad nauseam. All my prior commentary stills stands, but as of now all I will do is bask in the glow of what we will be getting and say...I'm ready.

It’s an interesting commentary that expectations have gotten so high for Dylan archival sets in recent years, that someone could be quite reasonably disappointed that a 14CD set is just too darn small to do full justice to the subject matter!

 

I'm just excited to have made a minor mark on Dylan history LOL!

The frustrating part is wondering how long the site has been there dormant just waiting for someone to poke around!!

 

I think that’s an odd choice. It already circulates from the soundboard. Can’t think there’s anything particularly different or striking about this version in relation to others.

 

Isn't that what a bunch of us got via amazon.es a month or so ago? I thought my cost was 65 Euros or something...

In this modern era of Dylanology, “Spanish Is The Loving Tongue” is the gift that just keeps on giving (or, more accurately, keeps getting given to us— for the right price). Not that I’m complaining.

Is the Bonus disc just something they care calling a Bonus disc but will be in the box wherever you purchase it? Or like last time, is it exclusive to Dylan site orders??

It is. But I bet Amazon will go at least 30% off, probably more. But since this isn’t the holiday season and I’m not having to budget multiple expensive sets, I’m hoping to buy my copy locally.
