I may need a one step and uhqr box set volunteers to test my new box set sleeves. Anyone interested. There is some conditions that you will need to adhere too. Thanks

 

I would be. I have 6 One Steps and 1 UHQR if that matters.

 

This is my exact problem. I use these for the single LPs (and double if they fit) but for larger gatefolds (AP, standard MOFI, etc), the larger sleeve size is TOO big for these. So i've been using the ones from sleeve city (oversized ultimate outer I believe).

Btw, just got my shipping notice for another round of 2 50 4mm dual pocket flaps

Not sure if you read his previous responses, by @vss is aware and is possibility looking into a solution/option for us gatefold dominant users. It’s a tough science to get right as clearly manufacturing tolerances are at a threshold where it might not be feasible to create that in between size option, but I appreciate that he’s even aware and taking time to possibly creating another option.

 

I will be happy to test as well.

On the site it says: Measurements of the body is 322mm to 327mm in either direction.

Why is there a variance of 5mm?

Hi. You might not be aware that all sleeves have a manufacturing tolerance. That's why there is a variance.

Just figured i'd chime in to say that the oversized 4mil fit the Craft Small Batch One Steps literally perfect

Yeah, I think that's what they mean. My copy hasn't arrived yet to try, but I think it's these 13" ones: OVERSIZED 4 mil 13 inch LP Vinyl Record Outer Sleeves - Crystal Clear CPP-25 Sleeves to a Pack

 

Last year I replaced all of my outer sleeves (1LPs and some still in shrink gatefolds that would fit) with the 4ml dual pocket sleeves. Very glad I did; they're the best sleeves I've ever used - you can see the artwork perfectly and they're easy to slide records in and out of!

Just wish I could find some 16" X 16" Sleeves without the flap. This would fit the majority of the smaller box sets that I have. One step, UHQR and things the size say of Electric Lady Land box. Not to snug because that is a pain in the butt getting them in. Do not like flaps because they always seem to snag on the record cover and do not want any kind of adhesive around my records.
