Burson Audio Op Amps

    Anybody familiar with these discrete op amps? I've been thinking about replacing the Burr Brown OPA627AP op amps in my Jolida JD9 phono stage with them. I've got the itch to tweak something. :D

    If memory serves...those are good opamps. I have some Rubicons in my souped up HeadAmp.

    I'm concerned that they'll be too tall to fit in the JD9's case. According to Burson's specs they're a bit less than an inch and a quarter tall.

    Wow, that is a VERY tall op-amp. Do they come with their own ladder? (DAC? ha ha)
