Cambridge CxN version 1 vs. 2

    Does anyone know if the difference in these two is substantial? There is a used v 1 I’m looking at and I’m not sure if the additional $ to buy a new v 2 is worth it. I can probably get a new one on sale which would put the 2 at about a $100 difference.
