Cancelling Amazon pre-orders

I ordered the 4 LP White Album on Amazon, on the UK site and the French site to see which would be cheaper.
The French site is considerably cheaper at the moment.

I don't want the two being delivered, I only want to buy the one, so my question is how fine to do I cut it, before cancelling one of them(probably the UK order)?

I know sometimes they send pre-orders out a day or two before the official release date.

All I can say is, once the order enters the shipping process, whenever that is, it's too late to cancel....

 

Lots of people end up with two (or more) copies of an item because of this strategy, how brave are you?



A week before the release date I make sure that I have one copy on order.

I usually cancel the duplicate order on the Monday of the week in which the cd/vinyl is being released.
