...at the suggestion of oblio98 MultiChannel Gort.

Are you going to buy The Capitol Albums Volume 1 Box Set?

eelkiller Technically right but still wrong

I suppose I will!! This is assuming I can get it for a fair price. We have been asking for remasters of Beatles material for so long I figure I will get this one and if happy with it I will continue purchasing Volume 2 etc.

yea.......just to have the mono and stereo on one disk for comparison is worth the price.

I don't see the point, but I believe the fans want it. Besides, 10,000 bootlegs can't be wrong?

Beatles fans are going to snatch these up by the millions, wait and see. Baby Boomers have been asking for the American Lps on Cd since 1987.

I couldn't find the "download button" for the manual ... BTW, since the poll was originated by someone living in Florida, I hope their won't be a problem with the final results :D ...

I wanted to vote no, but I know that if it well reviewed here I probably will. I have all the vinyl so I'll have to be convinced that I need it. It does seem like a money grab, although I guess it is the job of business to separate us from as much of our cash as possible. I just wish I could have what I want: well mastered cds of the British LPs in mono and stereo. Is that too much to ask?

No. I have no need to spend scarce resources on inferior coporate product . I have clean copies of the original American vinyl if I really need to hear the audible mismashes which were spoonfed us back then .

I'll get them if only to have stereo versions of "A Hard Day's Night" & "Beatles For Sale" - even if I have to comp them myself.

IT'S TOO LATE TO STOP NOW.

Of course I'll buy it.I've been buying Beatles product for over 40 years now, and see no reason to let yet another inferior package with marginal sound stop me.
