This is what brickwalling is like for me. I get a throbbing sensation just above my ears. Springsteen is not always a good cure either!

I can't remember which strip it was, but I had it on my desk at work for a while in the 1990s.

A kid discovers his dad's old record collection and is laughing at the group names - "Moby Grape ... Iron Butterfly ... Jefferson Airplane* ... Dad, they sure had funny group names back then!" The last pane shows Dad looking at his kid's CDs and reciting, "Smashing Pumpkins ... Toad the Wet Sprocket ... Goo Goo Dolls*" ...

* I don't think these were the right names, but they were representative.

 

I remember this strip too - it was an exchange between Chip and Hi in Hi and Lois.

 

I thought it was Hi and Lois, but I couldn't remember for sure. Thanks!

I can't see this one, either. I tried on up-to-date versions of both Firefox and Chrome, running on a custom built Windows 7 PC. No luck at all.

I can see everything but post #10 & this one. Absolutely baffling.
