CD rot - bronzing - PDO

I posted this on another thread this morning, but I thought I'd create a new thread for it so that anyone doing a forum search in the future can find it.

Here is the latest info from PDO regarding replacement of bronzed CDs:


"Please return your CD (CD only please no cases or booklets) along with a
covering letter plus full postal details and I will attend to the matter
asap
