If it says so in his terms, I'd say it's ok even if one could wish it said so more clearly.

We'll have to agree to disagree. You do win as far as having the most heat behind your view on this though.

Maybe next time read the terms you click through? International orders are a whole other bag from domestic orders.

Claims of "shady" over an ordinary jewel box . . . Jesus.

Absolutely correct. This attitude is why I have been happy with the majority of purchases online.

Terms and conditions that indicate you won't be receiving the complete item you ordered is a bad faith contract and unenforceable.

Maybe enlist the Cochran Law Firm over the missing 50ยข jewel box?

It could have just as easily been damaged during shipping and you'd have to replace it anyway. What is the drama?

Nah, I'll just order a new one. Where can I do so?

It has nothing to do with Jesus, it has to do with listing your product correctly.

Terms and conditions are things like.
    - seller pays
    - no returns
    - make sure you understand product description.

    Terms and conditions are NOT
    - the case is missing
    - my child chewed on this
    - it doesn't work.

It is pretty straight forward stuff

It is a matter of principle. Burying important info is a ripoff. Sellers that force buyers to inspect the sale like detectives is one of the things I dislike most online.

I have never had a complaint - when I sell I go out of my way to view my post from a buyer's angle, no surprises.

I give up - you win dude! You're 100% correct. I'm still throwing my CDs in the trash to keep out of transactions with people like you.

Because you can't enter a proper product description?

I store my cds in discsavers, way better than jewel cases - stash the jewel case and insert separately for resale, keeps the cases clean.

cheap here - these things are great, you can beat em up and cd stays perfect

I appreciate that but I want the original tactile experience when dealing with the physical stuff.

Wow I win what? Were we arguing? I was just stating my position, I wasn't paying attention to the defense of shoddy online sales.

Nothing personal for me at all - nice to see market forces dictating quality control.

I'd probably let it go because the cost and effort of supplying your own jewel case is less onerous and the monetary value of a jewel case is insignificant.

I don't think this was mentioned yet, was the back insert included? If not, even if you get a new jewel case it wouldn't be complete.

It was included. As far as I can tell only the jewel case is missing.

Did the disc arrive in stated condition (forget the case for a second)? Was the artwork graded properly? If it was not graded right then inform the seller. If graded properly let this go.

He said it will be shipped without a case (quite common), and he did. All good. No fuss please.

And it was $12 shipped from Europe. It had to cost 6 Euros to ship to the USA?

Lol. The ridiculous drama here is hilarious.

If the OP was unhappy for the missing case and hidden details, then he has every right to feel the way he does. I agree with him. He was only asking a question. Everyone here just went ape-****.

Sellers, get over yourselves. You could Cut the arrogance with a knife around here sometimes.
