There's a resemblance.

OTOH ..... IMHO Brooke Adams' darker eyes (compared with Karen Allen) are really striking - and undercut the resemblance between the two.

 

It's mostly the hairstyle (and color) and the 'stache. Otherwise, they're not that similar IMHO.

 

Harry Hamlin used to be almost a pretty boy in his younger days. He's remained strikingly handsome, but in a really different way now. He's approaching Stephen Lang tough-guy territory! Really working for him.
