a christmas memory w/geraldine page. it is an emmy winning but somewhat obscure tv special of truman capote's short story.
The wife and I picked a random older Hallmark movie for tonight after a long-ish New Year's Day. A Dog Named Christmas https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1519929/ Very nice movie.

Usually watch 1 or 2 of the same ones I've viewed throughout a good portion of life, but so far this season, watching some of the Lifetime & Hallmark ones, which I don't normally do, other than a few here & there throughout years, if I see an actor or actress I like listed in the cast, but need some uplifting, good-hearted entertainment. Started with these last week: Steppin' Into The Holiday
Time travel will draw me in every time! & Ryan Paevey's easy on the eyes. - I recognize him from General Hospital (the only 'daytime' soap opera to have drawn me into watching whenever I happen to be around & will view on-demand in the evening.
