has anybody heard this guy? I first heard him in Hell or High Water. He has a self titled debut out that is damn good. It's in the new outlaw country vain. He has a really deep voice and from Canada I believe.

The record is on the Thirty Tigers label and produced by Dave Cobb who is on fire. I can't find any pressing info on the deadwax but I can say there is no U in it and it sounds damn good.

No one has heard this? It's damn good. It's in the Townes Van Zandt category and includes a cover of his.

Has to be many who`s heard of him , cause the vinyl is already sold out. The record sounds excellent, seems like it is mastered at RTI ,from the vinyl matrix scheme.

This fellow got a solid review from Pitchfork today, giving an 8.0 out of 10. Good to hear reports that the LP is a quality pressing. From the version I have heard on Spotify, dude is a keeper!

I think his debut album is brilliant, seeing him in February.

I just got this limited release 12" EP reissue on the Thirty Tigers label called Imgainary Appalachia. It includes the song from Hell or High water and sounds excellent! it has Well Made Music stamped in the deadwax. Any ideas what that is?

Vinyl reissue of Colter Wall's debut EP that was initially released in 2015 as a CD EP only . The cover of Townes Van Zandt's "Nothin'" is phantastic.

This is a vinyl mastering studio based in Cleveland, Ohio, owned and operated by chief engineer Clint Holley.

I liked Colter's self-titled album from last year. Good songs and a great voice.

Never heard of him before, but this is great!

Where did he get that voice at 23 years old?

Listening to his last album on Spotify right now..

Me either until today! I know he's only 23? Who sounds like that at that age?.

On my second listen on Spotify. GREAT.

Not crazy about the last track but I'll get over it.

I am just giving it a first listen now. Between Sturgill Simpson, Jamey Johnson, Chris Stapleton and this guy that Waylon Jennings left a very big imprint.

Anyone seen him live? He is coming to my hometown Bergen, Norway in the spring. Worth going even if I don’t manage to get conpany?
