Condition of vinyl jackets from AP

I got two records today ( which shall be going back)

Both Beach Boys, one had huge tear on the top of the jacket, another had a big crease on the back

I didn't buy them direct from AP/Acoustic Sounds.

But I am wondering has the condition of others who bought them been in Mint?
