It's missing the CSR COMPACT DISC repeating three times on inner plastic ring at the center of disc and the real 38XP-3 Gold Obi pressing isn't a Red Target but a regular one like this.

Thanks! Good to know. I’m assuming that this is one of the Russian fakes that seem to flood eBay.

Note how the seller has, I think, removed pictures with the IFPI code. It's just a close-up picture of the left side. Has no one reported this to eBay?

This makes me scratch my head and wonder how many people are actively pursuing this rare item. Also if someone does buy this and it turns out to be counterfeit that isn't there recourse one would have through eBay or PayPal to be reimbursed for their funds? Wooden some law enforcement get involved if someone reported this?

A few collectors I'm sure. I still don't have one yet. Yes there's recourse as long as you take pictures and use tracked shipping when returning the fake to cover yourself. After it arrives you'll be refunded the return shipping cost or you can get coverage through Paypal's return shipping program. It does have rules though too. [sarcasm]I'm sure law enforcement has nothing better to do than deal with some other country's internet scammer.[/sarcasm]

Yes. There is even a mis-spelling on it.

 I guess it wasn't a SHMF member clamoring for phony CD-R pressing.

  22. I can't spot it :shake:

The only one I can spot is "Applicablev" on outside edge at 3 o'clock

  24. thanks, I see it now. It’s like a thing, like they have to put a typo on there just to see if anyone can spot it, to confirm it’s not legit in a way other than more obvious tells.
