Wow. I haven't listened to any Cream in years, but this is tempting.

I'm going to be the first to say it but where is the vinyl - I guess it would be at least 4 double LPs but I would be in for it.

  4. The set features 36 tracks of which 29 are issued for the first time.

This historic collection was produced by Bill Levenson. The Oakland Coliseum, Los Angeles Forum and San Diego Sports Arena concerts were mastered from the original 1968 analog mix reels by Kevin Reeves at Universal Mastering, Nashville, TN. The Royal Albert Hall concert was mastered from the original 1968 analog transfer reels by Jason NeSmith at Chase Park Transduction, Athens, GA.

They even copied the bootleg's artwork? Wow.

My first thought was the Empress Valley from a few years ago. You'd like to think this will be an upgrade over the bootleg, but that isn't always the case.
I seem to remember some discussion around whether the EV release was from a lossy source, I wonder if it was a leak of this set?

What does + "exclusive print" mean?

I don’t see this listed on other sites yet.

Exclusive print could refer to the accompanying printed matter.

Then look a few posts up. I posted a link to MP3s on Amazon, and the CD set on Bull Moose.

Thanks, although Amazon only has it as a MP 3, unlike Bullmoose.

Good to see that Bill Levenson was involved on this project.

Prints, lithographs, graphics, all the newest add-ons, meant to sweeten the pot for old folks that like to frame and hang things on their walls.
The Warner Brothers James Taylor box has 2 out of 3.
The Band S/T box has lithographs.
    Art.

While the boot sound was spectacular for the US concerts, the sound of the Royal Albert Hall was terrible, apparently taken from the mono film soundtrack - getting the soundboard multis on this will make it worthwhile.

The first 3 concerts on the unofficial version had pretty good sound quality. The RAH concert was terrible.

Edit - lou beat me to it.
