I ordered it for $212, and finally received it today. Shouldn't the hi-res download from NYA have been included? I didn't get it.
it is a stephen stills solo album with a couple of crosby tunes thrown in for good measure. take stills' box set version of 'the lee shore' and replace crosby's and replace crosby's 'laughing with stills acoustic 'so begins the task' and it is a stills solo album!
Thanks! I reached out to Rhino and NYA. We'll see what happens. The vinyl set is a thing of beauty. Won't get a chance to listen to any of it 'til later tonight, but I wouldn't want to drop it on my foot. I'd end up with a broken toe. The outer box with the logo ended up with slightly rounded corners, but did a great job of protecting such an ungainly thing to send across country via UPS.

why not put it on the friggin 'deja vu 50' just give me one logical reason it is not there. he really really single handedly ****ed that release up, it just could/should have been so much more that it was.
no. can't do it, sorry. it is my favorite album of all time and neil young single-handedly made it all about him, gonna take a long time to forgive him for this, a long time, and you will probably have to keep reading about it from me too. there are just so many things wrong with the whole thing, and every one of those things can pretty much be directed right at neil young in one ay or another. my suggestion for you: don't read my post in this thread anymore or put me on ignore. once again, i apologize for making your life miserable.
everyone? I don't mind it...people have opinions and rants...why would we suppress them? don't read it...it's very easy...try it sometime you may like it...no stress.
Because saying exactly the same thing over and over for the course of 200+ pages isn't constructive. And we've all heard it before.

Talking to themselves. I don’t know why anyone would want to be that guy. But some people think they just have to be heard. But here, if you want to walk away, you have to leave the party… …or you can use that awesome ignore button. Let me tell you, it’s glorious, and the party is way way better.
