The spotify green vinyl was up for sale again on Paul’s UK site over the weekend. Hopefully those still looking for a copy managed to snag one. Sold out again now though. Still waiting on mine from September but digital stores assure me fresh stock is coming 23rd November..... Chris
Same here. So I have fingers crossed for the 23rd. But I'd like to point out that I also pre ordered the cassette tape and was told 26 October, then they told me 23, November and now they are telling me mid December.
I think the problem with mass produced vinyl (and cassettes) these days is that manufacturing capacity is pretty much maxed out. Stock needs to be ordered months in advance. If a record company under estimates supply they can’t quickly or easily get more stock. Not good for them - and certainly not good for us either. I’d preordered the blue/orange egypt station vinyl back in June, the September release came and went and I was none the wiser as to whether I would ever get a copy until I got my shipping notice mid October..... Chris
I'm surprised Paul didn't mention the song That song is very popular among the Marvel community, Stan once said the song is "terrific"
This is just pure curiosity from my end, does anyone know why the Jarvis Cocker LIPA interview got reuploaded in mid-August? Did they edit something out?
Well that' sort of amazing. Paul dancing. And looking pretty great at the same time. Good for him! I should be so lucky (and I'm only 50!)...
It's the same video except for the intro (Paul McCartney in Casual Conversation LIPA). The July's video has 8 minutes vs mid-August's video has 5 seconds.
Thank you, I just knew someone would know this. Ah, they didn't delete the original upload? I was hoping for something juicy being cut out, but none of that, I guess, hehe.
