I saw that and wondered about it also. Not sure what the terminology means, but perhaps it means that the show has no opening date yet.
True, but also the website info doesn’t look 100% reliable to me. The gallery shows pictures from a different musical.

That article about It's A Wonderful Life is 100% a placeholder. Just absolute junk. There is no chance that that is the artwork. There is no chance that the promo copy would refer to the work as The Beatle legend's final comeback. There is no chance that sight unseen McCartney's involvement would be similar to Sting's (seemingly disappointing) play. There is no chance that a musical would actually premier on Broadway. There is no chance that nytix(dot)com would get the scoop. There is no chance that, "This musical has entertained children for decades with its heartwarming message during the holiday season."
Details, details! Don't let little details like there being no actual show or the cast members all being fictional characters dampen the excitement - there's a WEB PAGE!
No real place to put this, but there are a couple connections to Paul. Ringo appears on the new Eddie Vedder album, which was produced by Andrew Watt - who we know that McCartney has been working with (for at least one confirmed song.) I find it exciting that for the first time in nearly forever, Paul and Ringo are running in the same circle of musicians. I think this bodes well for perhaps more music made by the two of them. In any case, this is what was said about Ringo's appearance on the Vedder release: Starr, meanwhile, appears on penultimate track “Mrs. Mills,” a quirky ode to a red light dancer. With climbing piano and the Beatle on drums, the song offers a sort-of Sgt. Peppers spin on Beyonce’s “Six Inch,” as Vedder sings admiringly of the titular character performing “in the shadows of a disco neon glow.” “No one takes a Mrs. Mills home,” he asserts, because “no one’s born to feel like they are owned.”
The song offers a sort-of Sgt.Peppers spin on Beyonce’s “six inch”…. Okay, I’m struggling with this . I’m not sure this is a good thing, but I’ll try to keep an open mind about the song.

More and more rumours pointing towards a tour this year. Most likely he’ll resume the European tour with the shows he had to cancel in 2020 (including Glasto), but South America is also apparently likely. Plus, as is tradition, I bet Paul will play at the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee concert in June.

The Beatles and John Lennon memorabilia to be sold as NFTs John Lennon's eldest son Julian is selling several pieces of music history from his personal collection. However, he will keep the physical items as each piece of memorabilia will be sold as a non-fungible token (NFT). Items being auctioned include a black cape worn by his father in the film Help! and handwritten notes for The Beatles song Hey Jude. NFTs have been touted as the digital answer to collectables, but critics have warned about risks in the market. ... The NFT of notes hand-written by Paul McCartney for Hey Jude is expected to fetch the most at auction. It has a starting price of $30,000 (£22,260), with expectations that bids could reach more than double that figure. Part of the proceeds from the NFT sale will go to Julian Lennon's White Feather Foundation. The online auction will be held on 7 February.
The prerecorded prank phone call doesn’t make sense, unless John & Paul needed a buffer so to say. Otherwise, why not just announce their banana delivery to the school teacher over the phone themselves?
And by the way: I am selling Buckingham Palace (guards included!) as a non-fungible token. The price is a reasonable $12 billion dollars and I promise to send you pictures of the palace every single day....
