This would seem to be the pertinent comment:

Would be nice if Parlophone actually told us what is going on. TV series don’t just ‘end’ without the company who commission them telling viewers.

He’s saying it would be nice to be told what’s happening.
He’s not saying anything is finished.

Which is actually my point - he doesn't know either way, just like the rest of us. Someone else was claiming to know that we get a TMWSTW box in 2021 and no other boxes, but I'm yet to see any evidence either way.

Out of all the posthumous Bowie releases and their wonky titles. Conversation Piece is the best for content, + fantastically presented!!!

They are waiting for us to buy the standalone releases before telling us about the box, naturally.

Also, CP Deluxe Box Set is a fair price. I have not yet listened to the Prince SOTT Deluxe Box Set, although several people who have seem to love it, but still seems overpriced unless one got it from ImportCDs at $113 before it went into ‘Backorder’ status. I paid $150 from Amazon for it, so more than twice the price of what I paid for Bowie ‘CP’ Deluxe Box Set.

They could charge 3 times more for the CP box and it would be worth it.

Well, they are getting their money by overcharging us for the upcoming 6 Live Albums, if only slightly for the Actual Prices for the CDs and Vinyl Records, then for making us pay for Shipping 6 Separate Times(for those of us, who plan to buy all 6 Titles, which I do for CD, but not get all of them on Vinyl). The Outer Box is a little overpriced and then add in Shipping made it worse. $10 for the CD Box shipped would have been fair-IMO.

Those of us that bought the ltd 7" box sets and LP boxset DID pay 3 times more!!
Funny, I didn't/don't have a problem with the pricing on these LP's/CD's. Yes the boxes were a bit much but who cares about an empty box?

Sad news indeed. Hutch played a crucial part in Bowie’s development. Most notably as part of Feathers and then the Bowie/Hutch duo, creating songs like Space Oddity together. But also in The Buzz in 1966 and as part of the 1973 expanded line up of the Spiders.

I finally got around to playing much of this last night. "Discs" 2 and 3 were much better than I expected. I already have the Remix of Space Oddity in 96/24, so I'm not going to play this 16/44 version. I would have preferred the Ronson Memory 2 sided single to have been on here rather than on Width; because I associate that song with the Space Oddity album.

Does anyone know why this masterpiece was not included? Conversation Piece is incomplete without it in my opinion. Hermione was and always will be totally adorable:love:

I’m guessing it wasn’t included because the bulk of it was recorded in 1967 before the period covered by Conversation Piece. It was just remixed in early 1969 for Love You Til Tuesday with some extra vocals from Hermione and Hutch.
