its all good, we can start a new one.

Although this one will probably turn out the same, at least until a track list is announced.

Posted on Bowie Kooks fan FB page by the estate. No details as such just that it's subtitled "The Road To Hunky Dory" and a stream single of a (previously released) BBC session of 'Kooks'. Where was this last year?

Wonder if the early / alternate version of "Quicksand" heard in Moonage Daydream will be included?

Since the Space Oddity box was called Conversation Piece, this makes sense to be a continuation in that vein. My guess is it'll have:
    - A new remix of the album
    - Alternate new mixes, like the Changes one
    - Bowpromo
    - The Quicksand Demo session
    - A remaster/old master of the original mix (Hopefully the WG RCA)
    - The Arnold Corns recordings
    - Some BBC and/or live stuff
    - The mono single mixes of Changes and Andy Warhol.

Also, what's the difference between the regular mix and the remix of Bewlay Brothers on the Ryko CD?

I honestly can't remember there being much of a difference.

I would if it's good, but not remixes and already released stuff.

Could also be like the Width of a Circle release without the original album or a complete remix. The Road to Hunky Dory may just include the Arnold Corns material, the BBC Peel show, alternate mixes and demos. Maybe also the Bowpromo. Guess we’ll find out soon.

Could be, but Visconti’s remix of TMWSTW came out as a standalone CD well before “Width…” did. If the prerelease info is all about a forthcoming box, I’d wager that the remix is included.

I hope so. If Ken Scott did a full album remix.

Am I dense or did Bombers ever get a re-release the past few years on actually available box sets, anniversaries etc. (Width of a Circle and so on)... Definitely an interesting period. The Arnold Corns stuff was on the Five Years box, right?

Yes, I'd say so given we now know audio exists for it. There's also Aylesbury '71, a B- quality boot. Perhaps historical enough to add given that it's the earliest full recording of Bowie live (not hindered by BBC constraints)

I think Bombers was on the RSD Bowpromo reissue, but I've heard that was a needledrop. Yeah, the Arnold Corns single and mono Changes/Andy Warhol single were in the box set. Other than those two, and the Ryko bonus tracks, along with the BBC album and a few recent singles, that's all there is out officially I think.

It’s getting hard to keep track of all the posthumous Bowie releases

I’ll say it: the picture discs muck it up.

"Kooks" from the Bob Harris session wasn't included on the Bowie at the Beeb vinyl boxset though so I'm a little disappointed this track isn't getting a vinyl release - when was it previously released? Too many streaming/download Bowie singles of late - even the Toy streaming/download singles could have been included on the blank sides of vinyl on recent sets!

Wasn’t Kooks from Bowie at the Beeb taken from the Peel Show? I don’t think Kooks from the duo show with Ronno has actually been officially released before. IIRC.
