David Gilmour's Meltdown concert guitar

During the concert on Gilmour's "Meltdown 2002" DVD, he plays slide guitar on a number of tunes. It is a small guitar which he plays across his lap. The camera shots are always too close or at the wrong angle to see the name (even on the "Spare Digits" bonus material).

Can somebody please tell me the make and model of this guitar? Also, he uses a slide which appears to be a solid block of metal (not a typical bottleneck tube style). Anybody know about this, as well?
