the case looks awful brown, signs of tobacco smoker IMO.

I find a lot of cd's in used bins like this. it may be in great condition, but the artwork could be really brown stained and smell badly of smoke. not to mention having to wash the case.

I wouldnt buy it for that price if it is as I described.

Not sure if that is tobacco smoke on the case. I think he has photographed it with a brown background.

what would lead you to believe that ? did you ask him ?

good luck to anyone who purchases it.

I am just saying, its very common and I see used cd's like that all the time. just be sure of what you buy.

I've never seen a CD which was exposed to so much smoke it's that brown..
The brown is (quite obviously to me) the background of the shot.

Not to mention that in the open case shot, you can clearly see what looks to be wood grain behind it, indicating that he took this picture on a (wooden) table.

well, cool that it was taken on wood. but be aware. cause when you do get one like I described. you wont be very happy.

Well a member here placed a bid (without using the BIN) so perhaps we can sit back and watch what happens. Good luck !

If I had money, I would own more than one DCC. (Queensryche) :)

I also own only two MFSL discs too. thanks to a forum member and local personal friend. he had doubles and sold them to me cheap.

no way, its a keeper. :)

mine is a cutout anyway. wish I could find someone with a spare back inlay. :) but it was sealed new.

I paid $30 for it on ebay. I see now its going for more lately.

I dont know why that is. maybe not many Queensryche fans out there ? :)

I think they are great. its an awsome album and the DCC sounds fantastic.
