I have seen similar packing jobs (double boxed or flimsy) with getImportCDs as well - makes sense since they are the same company. I made a mistake of mixing CDs and LPs in the same order and am apprehensive now based on past experience as to how they would arrive.

Speaking from experience, only Bull Moose, and Acoustic Sounds can be trusted with shipping different formats.
Import CDs set the CD, in a jewel case, on top of the vinyl album, then proceeded to press the top of the corrugated flat onto the bottom, as they always do.
The CD was literally stuck to the record jacket, leaving an impression on the jacket. Jewel case was cracked as well, of course.

My album order arrived today. The shipping box was pretty dinged up but the albums inside were almost perfect. There were a couple to sleeves with small corner damage but, to be honest, I could have done that taking them out of the box. Regardless I am 100% happy, thank you again for the notice about this sale.

That's how mine was. Very happy that both orders arrived so quick and no damage. Only disappointments were cancellation on Temple Of The Dog LP and the Stones BBC SHM-CD turned out to be single disc but I guess that's my own fault. Didn't realize it came out in both single and 2 disc versions.

Three of the four LP's I ordered were in the box I just got, even though the packing slip has them all listed. I placed a call, and they are shipping the missing one out right away.

What I got was all in perfect condition, so pretty happy here!

2 packages arrived today, 3 lps in one, 4 in the other.
4 of the lps have dinged corners and cardboard creases. Doesn't look like any damages to the lps.
Not sure if it's worth the hassle to return, but I don't think I'll place another order.

Heads up to any Canadians who intend on buying. They use DHL to deliver. Cheap at $11 and change USD but you'll get dinged for hst plus the usual DHL fees. Not too bad considering some of these blow out prices, so it can still be a deal. :)

Many of these titles have now shown up in the Popmarket budget bin at higher prices. Don’t be fooled!

Are the prices higher at Rough Trade too? Because truth be told I would rather give them my money if the cost is the same...

I received 2 orders yesterday, one box of 10 LPs and another box of 5 LPs. The 10 LP box was double boxed. The inner box was like an oversized whiplash mailer that fit snug into an outer box. Pretty secure. The 5 LPs came in a frustration free LP mailer, similar to what Amazon uses. No damage or dings. Everything arrived safely.

I’m still waiting on another order. In the meantime, I think I’m going to look around some more. These are really good deals. Thanks @elsanto for the heads up. :)

Got my order of gosh knows how many LPs, box sets and a few CDs today. Packaged in a small crate...I mean large cardboard box within smaller secure boxes that fit snugly and safely inside. All is perfect as was expected.
