There will be a Dennis The Menace marathon on Antenna TV during Thanksgiving Weekend. Quoting from the SitcomsOnline.com blog:

I think the show really jumped the shark after Joseph Kearns died, but the first couple of seasons are pretty fun.

When I re-watch the show now as an adult I mostly just feel really bad for poor ol' Mr. Wilson who just wants to enjoy his stamp collection or garden and be left alone. I can so relate...

Watched it a good bit as a young kid through Nickelodeon and always enjoyed it.

Haven't seen it in years and don't have Antenna TV. Would like to see it again, I think my youngest daughter would enjoy it.

I didn’t see this series until well after it was produced and it was in syndication. If I was watching this, or Patty Duke, or Family Affair, it meant that I was hopelessly bored and just killing time in front of the boob tube.

I know what you mean, but I love Gale Gordon. Right after Dennis, he would work with Lucy for 11 years straight
