  1. I always liked Selina's relationship with Richard Splett. She always seemed to like him above all the staff sycophants. She even included him in the dedication of her autobiography.

I haven't read anybody discuss Andrew. After his boat exploded, Selena saw him on the street while they were driving to the airport in Oslo. She doesn't say anything but does a double-take.

Then, during the funeral at the end of the finale, while Amy et al are standing and talking, I think we see him walk through them. He has a moustache. Is that Andrew?

My two favorites; especially Kent. Kent has always been pretty monotone and almost robotic, but I love it when he explodes at Selina "F##K THE NUMBERS!!!" when she's considering Jonah for VP. Too funny.

What an ending. I knew what shoe was going to drop when it was said the foundation scandal was her biggest obstacle and it still did not dampen any of the sadness as it played out to the very end.

Amy saying "our dogs are our children" was so great.

"i do have a favorite number! euler's number." was a nice foreshadow to that.

The very ending was funny, too. Selena's publicity moments were always overshadowed or cut short by other events. Even her funeral was interrupted by the hilarious announcement of Tom Hanks' death (including clips from "The Money Pit").

For some reason, I never gave this show a chance when it first aired. Kinda forgot about it over the years, but when folks started to rave about the finale, I found myself in between shows and decided to give this a go. Midway through the first season, and am LOVING IT! Can't believe I didn't watch this originally, but grateful to be able to stream it all now in a few binge sessions.

Initially, I thought they rapped things up too neatly but
Now I’ve had time to process it, that was a great finale.

Richard Splett was a great character. He always had such great lines. Too funny his mom's maiden name was "Speltt".

Was it me, or did Amy look super good this season? Also, who played Dan's wife in the "25 years later part"? She was hot.

I think every single episode there is a point where the wife and I go "I love that outfit/she looks great".

I don't know if you look hot or not. ;)

Amy's character took a major turn this season. When she worked for Selena, she was always a bit frumpy and deferential. After the abortion and her move to the Dark Side (Jonah's campaign), it was like she gave up all that decorum. Her personality and appearance drastically changed. I think she realized it was pointless to show a veneer of decorum in the political biz.

She did indeed look very sexy!

It showed just how cutthroat Selina was, that the one person most devoted to her was the one she threw under the bus to advance her campaign.
