Did Steve master this disc?

    I got an old 1986 CD from a friend titled History of Rock & Roll Cruisin' 1962-'63. It is on Increase records, distributed by Dunhill Compact Classics. It is catalog number DZS020. Does anyone know if Steve did the mastering on this? I could not find it in the discography section.
