Been seeing commercials for this during the "Breaking Bad" marathon , every Sun.
Hard to tell if it's gonna be any good.... There's a fear it might not be funny enough...
    Anyone else interested?

I watched the first episode tonight, and absolutely loved it! It's unique, funny, disturbing, suspenseful...

This kind of creativity reminds me of Terry Gilliam during his prime.

They set a high standard for the series with this premiere. I hope they can keep it up.

Well, in the first few minutes of the first ep of this series, the "reliable" narrator ;) properly sets our expectations as viewers.

To me, it was more Charlie Kaufman-esque than it was Gilliam-esque!

I liked the first 2 Episodes. Seems like a show that would best be enjoyed on LSD, as it has a Trippy, Psychedelic Vibe to it like the Hip Hop/Rap Music Scene that just pops up in the 1st Episode and the Dude on the Exercise Bike while the Woman was wearing the VR Type of Goggles in the 2nd Episode. Oh, and the Talking Fish-Yeah this is a Psychedelic Drug Show. Just need to have the Songs Astronomy Domine and Section 43 played as part of the Soundtrack to a few of the Scenes.

Except for current shows, Better Call Saul and The Mayans, where I like to give my complete attention, I usually try to do some computer work/emails and video editing while watching TV, but with this Show, I cannot take my eyes off the TV Screen, as I am mesmerized by a few of the scenes. Looking forward to seeing how good it ends up being though, at least for the 1st Season.

Nice to have a different type of show on tv, as not sure I can compare it to any past TV Series I have seen. Oh, and it takes place in Philly, so that is awesome, although ‘It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia’ will always be the Best TV Series based(even if not entirely filmed there) in Philly-IMO.

The Jejune Institute film reminded me of The Dharma Initiative from "LOST".

I'm digging it. I'm glad it's on after "Saul" otherwise I probably wouldn't have gone out of my way to watch it.

Well...so was "Lodge 47"...didn't stop it from getting cancelled.

  18. I caught the last part of this show the other night. The one featuring the VR presentation, in the auditorium.

The Philip K. Dick fan within was undeniably intrigued.

I didn't really comment on whether or not it had staying power. I was merely stating that its timeslot is what made me tune in.

Anybody who will write dialogue like, "Blah-blah-blah, expository, uninformed opinion", has my attention!
(yes, I'm generalizing, but there are some nice lines like that in it...)

In the first episode, he had a guy say, "Work stuff..work stuff....work stuff..."

Well, this show has taken a serious turn!
And, judging from the amount of posting, it's making "Lodge 47" look like a hit!
