I'm fairly certain we see the Strange variant from What If, in one of the trailers. He may even be fighting "our" Strange.

I’m fairly certain that isn’t an alternate Dr. Strange. It’s Nightmare.

This is my position as well. I know they used Interstellar Overdrive in the first Dr Strange. Have they used any others? I feel we *need* to get some Saucerful of Secrets here. Maybe some Cymbaline in a later film!

Not to mention, if Cruise is playing an arrogant, no lessons learned, alternate version of Tony Stark (since I guess nobody cares I was trying to use spoiler tags earlier), maybe him being a little shorter would play into the character?

Tom Cruise also wins the estimated net worth competition $600M to $300M - take that Iron Man :D.

That's because you're looking at the wrong guy. I was referring to Downey.

One of the only Marvel movies I enjoyed was Dr. Strange, simply because I'll watch Benedict Cumberbatch in anything...despite his name. Worse showbiz name since Englebert Humperdinck. I can never remember his name. In fact, I always think it IS Englebert Humperdinck.

I mean, he could have gone by Timothy Carlton instead.

Gotten all the Bond jokes out of the way.

I could have bought tickets for tomorrow (Wednesday) evening but I chose a 3D screening on Thursday afternoon.

I'm looking forward to it, especially after reading this intriguing review, which includes mild spoilers:

Review: 'Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness'

"...it’s a mad dash through multiple universes, including a paint world, a cartoon world, and some others that will look very familiar to eagle-eyed Marvel fans. It’s a jaw-dropping sequence that hints at what a live-action Into the Spider-Verse could look like".

"Marvel has already given away the presence of Master Mordo (Chiwetel Ejiofor), who is part of The Illuminati, joined by the bald leader of a certain group of mutants. There’s a reason why they were willing to spoil that, and it’s because that scene contains even bigger shocks. It’s also where the best pure superhero action sequence cranks the film up to another level, with shocking deaths that are more gruesome than anything Marvel has done before".

"It’s a treat to watch him turn this into Marvel’s legit horror movie, with a blood-soaked Wanda stalking our heroes like a killer in the night".

Oh hell yeah. I'm so in.

Also hearing that we may see Reed Richards, or a variant of him, who proceeds to get absolutely murdered by Wanda. So that's fun.
