Looks like the initial batch has sold out here, not that it was delayed. I think that there is limited product coming into the USA right now from the UK.
Rumors Season 20 is next Blu-Ray release... Wikipedia : Season 20 The Pandemic has probably delayed more projects until 2021...?
Was hoping for more Pertwee here, but I guess Season 20 probably requires less work - would rather see it than season 21, which is where I started to lose interest.

IIRC they’ve released seven season sets of classic Who so far in Blu-ray, and those releases started in 2018. We know of the upcoming Pertwee season so that makes eight. There’s 26 seasons total, and it’s unlikely the first six seasons will be released anytime soon so that leaves twelve seasons, of which season 16 is one of them. So anywhere in the next four years is my best guess.
I just finished watching that story on Pluto TV. Not the first (or second, or third...) time I've seen it, of course, having been a fan since PBS in Minnesota starting airing the show almost 40 years ago. Hopefully the US will get this set w/o needing to wait 6 months after the UK release!
