Oh, man... these records, specifically Lost Souls and The Last Broadcast, have been “White Whales” for me for YEARS. So glad they are finally being reissued. Ordered all 3 which will complete my Doves vinyl collection. Hopefully there will be new music in our future as well...

 

Wondering why they didn't do ahead and reissue Kingdom of Rust why they were at it to fill out the catalog? maybe they will be doing that and Lost Sides next?

Wow I, like many, have waited YEARS for this news! Wonder if they’ll be available in the US?

 

Looks like more copies are available on Doves' site and recordstore.co.uk

I'm pretty certain if we pretty lock in our pre orders with amazon, we should be good. This happened to me with the Brett Anderson vinyl signed boxset where they were allotted a certain amount and cut off presales once they hit their cap.

I don't know why but I'm really nervous that my Amazon.uk order won't be fulfilled...I ordered all 3 shortly after I saw the announcement (within 1-2 hours). Here's to hoping!

Given the size of their catalog, it is surprising there isn't a complete album boxset.

 

As an FYI I just saw that Amazon.uk lists the albums as no longer able to be shipped to the US...

 

I just pre-ordered with a US shipping address without any issue.

 

Okay, then I stand corrected when I looked late yesterday for a friend it had a message below the price/shipping info that it would not ship to the US.

 

Is it possible that it was a third party listing? Those are the only ones I ever have issues with shipping to the US.

 

Any info on mastering or pressing? I have no interest in a badly done version just to say "I own it on vinyl".
