I thought about that Dave - by the time you factor in the extra shipping to the US and bidding to come, it may reach $50 - which is still a good deal for this (so I am told) extraordinary disc. I'll only pay that much for Steve's work.
In addition to the hassles of finding someone to burden, and the exchange of funds....
I'd be very happy to see someone here get it.

 

It's probably too late with this particular auction, but I've asked sellers who claim to only ship to Germany if they will ship to the US if I pay the necessary costs, and they nearly always say yes. The only problem is that very few sellers on ebay.de accept payment by PayPal, so I have to send cash. I've never had cash get lost in the mail, but it can take three weeks to get a disc.

 

This has been my experience as well on a global scale.
