I haven't used EAC for several years now. I just downloaded and installed it again and followed the set-up advice I found online. A command line window (for LAME it seems) pops up with each track that is ripped. I've searched for a solution, but I'm afraid I haven't found anything that targets this. Is there was way to have EAC stop showing this window? Or at the least have it in some minimized form or even in the background. It always pops up to the foreground and it's very distracting. Any help would be appreciated.

    From the top menu
EAC > EAC Options > Tools > [x] Do not open external compressor window

    Yes, making mp3s...
Guy Anthony Brown, that sound exactly like what I need to select. Thank you. I'll do it after this current CD is finished!

    Cheers,
