To Them We'll Always Be Freaks, by Ezra Furman

    It's 1:25:29 in length.

I just downloaded the WAV files to burn to disc but some have to be converted to 16 bit/44.1 kHz to play in a CD player.
    Here's the breakdown:
    16 bit/44.1 kHz - Tracks 1, 7, 9, 13 (also 7 & 9 are mono)
    16 bit/48 kHz - Tracks 2, 3, 5, 6, 10, 16-21, 23-25
    24 bit/48 kHz - Tracks 4, 8, 11, 12, 14, 15, 22, 26

Brilliant album, I'll definitely check that out. Thanks for the post!

I’m very pleased about this as I think the production on some of the tracks on the finished album doesn’t serve the songs well. These rawer versions are in many cases better to my ears, especially the stripped down version of God Lifts Up The Lowly.

It’s worth checking out Ezra on Facebook & Instagram at the moment as he’s posting a new acoustic cover nearly every day. He’s done Fear Is A Man’s Best Friend (John Cale), Get Me Away From Here I’m Dying (Belle & Sebastian), Perfect Day (Lou Reed) and many more. They’re rough & unrehearsed & great!
