I really didn't want to part with them... but life's a you know what sometimes:

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=280155061146

It's *almost* the entire collection (missing 3 of them)... and all but one disc ("Let It Bleed") are sealed.

I just listed this so if someone would be interested in snagging these outside of Ebay... PM me.

Not doing too bad with these! It's an interesting auction to watch. I wish you could have picked up the other three to complete the set. Are those missing ones that hard to find in your area? I think the one that's really becoming scarce besides 'Let It Bleed' is 'Got Live If You Want It'. I don't see it anywhere anymore. Anyway, good luck with this auction! It kinda puts a value on the Stones sacd's and how in demand they may be in the future.

Also, you mention a 'Buy It Now' price, but I don't see it in your description. Is there one?

Wow, that's pretty impressive. I've got 16 of the titles... maybe I'll go ahead and finish my collection while I can still find them.

Even if it's way lower that the BIN? Why would they do that?

Thanks... yes Ebay gets rid of the BIN once someone bids no matter what the bid. I never quite understood that either.

Those 3 missing discs I couldn't find locally all that easy... when I did find them online they were more than I wanted to spend at the time. I always intended to grab them, just didn't get around to it before I decided to sell.

    I don't get it!

I'm happy for our friend in Pittsburgh, but I think I could put that set together for half that price. I don't see why the buyer wouldn't just spend 6 hundred more and buy that super 80 package from mymusicfix2.

Seriously, if the loser is interested in paying "stupid money," I would sell some of mine. They're not sealed, but they're in excellent condition, and I have a lot of inaugural certificates.

Wow I remember I completing my entire collection at one of those Circuit City Memeorial Day sales ($9.99 for any disc) back in 2003 I guess. Which I would have put aside a few duplicates.
