Family Video - Video Rental Chain - Closes

    I'm sure most people were unaware that the Family Video rental chain was still operating into the first week of 2021!?!?!

    It looks like it's closing its doors for good.

    Being a privately owned chain that owned its own real estate, they made their model work for 43 years.

    Pandemic kills off Family Video; chain to close remaining stores

    Niagara-(Way south of the Canadian shield)
    Sad- the source of some good movie watching experiences. The local branch closed a few years ago.
