The Modern Dance by Pere Ubu. The most astounding album of 1978.

Only just behind their amazing follow-up in the same year, Dub Housing.

The Rolling Stones - Some Girls

The Stones on an island this year in 1978 surrounded by punk rockers in the years around this one for me. This was just a huge album for me in 1978, first time seeing the Stones that summer, and still sounds great!
