Who cares what games we choose,
Little to win, but nothing to lose

And to showcase the line contextually:

    Good sense, innocence, cripplin' mankind
Dead kings, many things I can't define
    Occasions, persuasions clutter your mind
Incense and peppermints, the color of time

Who cares what games we choose,
Little to win, but nothing to lose

Religions have been built on less insight!

War's good business so give your son

I think that this line is a wonderful end statement to a brilliant canon of work...
"...and in the end, the love you take...is equal to the love you make".

Yeah, I don't care how trite and cheesy it may be, it is probably my favorite sentiment in music.

There's a scene in one of the last episodes of ' The Sopranos ' where Tony' s son and his girlfriend are in a car listening to this song and marveling how good it is. I know it's just a TV show but it was good to see someone under the age of fifty digging it.

You just kind of wasted all my precious time, but don't think twice its alright.
